Grzegorz is one of the co-founders and the CEO of Continuum Industries. He is a Civil Engineer by background.

Adam is one of the co-founders and the Chief Operations Officer of Continuum Industries. He is a graduate of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh (UoE). After graduation, Adam started a PhD on complex infrastructure project management at the Centre for Future Infrastructure at UoE. After a year, he decided to fully focus on Continuum Industries and left his PhD. At Continuum Industries, his role evolved from initially focusing on product vision, later helping the product team develop Optioneer 1.0, eventually focusing on customer success and now scaling-up operations.

Emil is one of the co-founders of Continuum Industries. He leads the technical team, driving the development of Optioneer. The technical team works to develop the tools that civil engineers need to design the next generation infrastructure. Before co-founding Continuum during his last year of university, Emil studied Electrical and Mechanical Engineer at the University of Edinburgh where he also led the technical team responsible for building two Hyperloop prototypes that competed in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition.

Andreas studied Computational Physics at the University of Edinburgh before joining Continuum Industries during his last year at university, initially as an algorithm developer. As the company evolved, so did the role. Currently Andreas is leading the “engine” team at Continuum Industries. This is the team that develops the AI engine that powers our product, as well as the digital engineering models that are fed to it. Andreas manages and curates the roadmap for all features related to these two components of our product, Optioneer.

Tomas leads the commercial team at Continuum Industries, driving adoption of Optioneer across customer organisations. The commercial team works to understand the technical and organisational goals of our customers, provides tailored solution packages and measures outcomes achieved. Prior to joining Continuum Industries, Tomas spent 5 years building and scaling high-growth tech startups, creating new offerings by combining innovative software with professional services.

Alex leads Operations at Continuum Industries, ensuring the team behind Optioneer operates efficiently, smoothly, and with high engagement. Prior to joining Continuum, Alex spent 7 years in management consulting and scaling VC-backed startups in North America and APAC, where she spearheaded talent and operational strategies that led to significant organisational growth and success.
